The natural or legal person whose information is entered at the time of order.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of sale and delivery of the digital product, software license, subscription or service ordered by the Buyer via the Seller's website or remote communication tools.
3. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE
The type, scope, duration and fee of the purchased product or service are as specified on the order screen or in the offer form.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is collected by the methods specified at the time of order. For digital products and services, delivery is provided electronically. Depending on the nature of the service, access may be granted, a panel may be opened, or a license may be delivered.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be limited or unavailable for digital services performed instantly or commenced in electronic environment. The user accepts this situation upon commencement of the service.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Seller undertakes to provide the service subject to the order within a reasonable period.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of order.
The Buyer is obliged to use the service in accordance with the law and the terms of the agreement.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Gazimağusa, TRNC are authorized.
8. ENTRY INTO FORCE
The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted this agreement upon completion of the order.
